Šorīt es ievietoju divus apgalvojumus. Jau kuro reizi pārliecinājos, ka tie ir par vāju, lai apturētu stipras gribas cilvēku. Es piecēlos agri un rītam nebija ne vainas. Nebrīnos, ka ir sakāmvārds: "Rīts jau labs, bet kāds tas (laba rīta) devējs?"

Mazliet agrāka celšanās vai drusciņ vēlāka, tam īsti nav nozīmes. Cilvēkam ir svarīgi gulēt vismaz 8 stundas, tad viņa pašsajūta ir daudz labāka. Tā ir veca patiesība, bet nedēļas nogalēs to bieži atstājam novārtā.

Kas attiecas uz kafiju, tad dzert to normas robežās nav slikti, ja vien to nedzer īsi pirms gulēšanas. Kafija bloķē noguruma signālus, līdz ar to cilvēks miegā kārtīgi neatpūšas, kamēr kafija nav pilnībā izskalojusies no ķermeņa. Tas arī ir iemesls tam, ka jūtamies slikti, kaut arī regulāri guļam 8 stundas. Ja gribi kafiju atmest, tad jārēķinās ar galvassāpēm.
